Dose™ is a blister pack containing 100 capsules of Oseltamivir Phosphate, labeled with NDC 68094-050-61. Each capsule contains 75 mg Oseltamivir equivalent with a free base. The usual dose instructions are enclosed in the pack. It is advised to store the capsules at a controlled room temperature of 20° to 25 C (68° to 77°F) with an allowance of excursions to 15° to 30°C (59°F to 86°F) as per USP guidelines.
