This is a reminder to ex-smokers to place the following events on their calendars: at the beginning of Week #1 (Quit Date), take 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours for Step 1; at the beginning of Week #7, take 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours for Step 3; and at the beginning of Week #10 (Quit Date), take 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. The last reminder is for 12 weeks after quitting.*
