Indications & Usage
Indications: Homeopathic remedy for temporary relief of pain and inflammation related to joint stiffness, and sports-related muscle and joint pain.
Dosage & Administration
Directions: Mix 10-15 drops in 1/4 cup water and repeat every 3-5 times daily as needed until symptoms subside. If preferred, drops may alternatively be taken directly into mouth. Children under 12: Reduce dosage to 5 drops, 3-5 times daily.
General Precautions
Warning: If symptoms persist or worsen, a health care professional should be consulted. Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Arnica (6C) (HPUS), Dulcamara (6C) (HPUS), Bryonia (6C) (HPUS), Berberis (6C) (HPUS), Rhus tox (30C) (HPUS)
Inactive Ingredient
Citricidal (grapefruit seed) extract (inactive ingredient).
