It is manufactured by Oceanside Pharmaceuticals, which is a division of Bausch Health Companies Inc. The medication's ingredients include clindamycin phosphate, tretinoin, butylated hydroxytoluene NF, carbomer 981 NF, citric acid USP, edetate disodium USP, glycerin USP, methylparaben NF, polysorbate 80 NF, propylparaben NF, purified water USP, and tromethamine USP. The usual dosage is to apply no more than a pea-sized amount to the affected area once daily at bedtime after washing the skin with mild soap and rinsing with warm water. The medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored at 25°C (77°F), with excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F). It should be protected from light and freezing and kept away from heat, and the tube should be tightly closed.*
