DERMESSE BALANCER is a skin cream containing Hydroquinone USP, 4%. Hydroquinone present in the cream helps in the reversible depigmentation of the skin by inhibiting the enzymatic oxidation process. DERMESSE BALANCER is not a sunscreen or sunblock and hence needs to be used only on areas where the body is covered by protective clothing. Avoid sun exposure on bleached skin to prevent repigmentation. If swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control center immediately. It contains sodium metabisulfate which may cause serious allergic reactions in certain susceptible persons. Possible side effects include redness, mild burning sensation, and a reversal of pigment alteration in the areas not covered by protective clothing. The recommended usage of DERMESSE BALANCER is twice daily on the affected area.*

DERMESSE is a depigmentation cream indicated for age spots, freckles, and unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation. It acts as an efficient enriching agent, lightening dark areas of the skin. This product contains Hydroquinone as an active ingredient, which should be used according to a physician's directions, and the treatment should be stopped if no improvement is seen after 2-3 months. However, its lightening effect may not be noticeable on very dark skin, and sun exposure should be limited by using sunscreen/sunblock to prevent darkening from recurring. DERMESSE contains other ingredients like glycolic acid, Sodium Metabisulfite, Tocopheryl Acetate, etc. that must be avoided by asthmatics, and the product should be used with caution and as directed to avoid Reactions including anaphylactic symptoms, severe asthma, etc. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. DERMESSE is distributed by Axia Meds Solutions and stored at controlled temperatures away from sunlight.*
