Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel 3% is a prescription drug used for the treatment of skin inflammation, swelling, and pain caused due to certain conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. The transfer of the drug to anyone other than the patient for whom it was prescribed is prohibited by federal law. It contains 30mg of diclofenac sodium per gram and is manufactured by Alembic Pharmaceuticals Inc. The gel should be stored at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and should be protected from heat and freezing. It should also be kept away from the reach of children and is for external use only, not for ophthalmic use.
