This is a description of Ocraplas Pooled Plasma (Human), which has been treated with Solvent/Detergent to make it suitable for intravenous use. It is only available on prescription and each 200 mL contain 9-14 g human plasma proteins, 0.88-1.48 g sodium citrate dihydrate, 0.06-0.24 g sodium dihycrogen phosphate diydrate and 0.80-1.20 g alycine. The product is free from preservatives and should be stored at -18°C or below, protected from light. The product should be used immediately after thawing, should not be refrozen or used if cloudy or has any signs of deposit. The manufacturer's license number is 1646.*
