NDC 69097-361 -08 is a prescription medicine used to treat various fungal infections. It comes in an oral suspension form and has a recommended adult dosage of four teaspoonfuls (500mg) daily. For children, the dosage is between one (125mg) to four (500mg) teaspoonfuls daily, depending on their age and weight.
