ZEMDRI (plazomicin) Injection is a prescribed medication used for intravenous infusion only. It needs to be diluted before use and comes in a 1010 mL single-dose vial with dosage and administration details provided in the package. Cipla USA, Inc. manufactures it and sells it in cartons that hold 10 10 mL single-dose vials, and each vial contains 500mg/10mL of plazomicin. Prior to physical use, ensure there are no particulate materials in it. Store it at a temperature of 2C108°C (36°F to 46°F) in the refrigerator.*
