Colloidal Iodine Solution is a disinfectant containing sodium iodide as the active ingredient. It is recommended to avoid antioxidant and color additives in food, and to exercise caution with eggs, milk, cheese, and tuna. The recommended dosage is 30ml three times a day, taken before each meal, on an empty stomach. It is advised not to take anything for five minutes after the dosage. Direct sunlight should be avoided, and the product should be kept at room temperature. The safety of using the solution for ophthalmology purposes has not been evaluated.*
