Each tablet contains a 500mg of Calcium carbonate USP, which is active in relieving heartburn, sour stomach, acid indigestion, and upset stomach associated with these symptoms. The supplement comes in a bottle with a safety seal under the cap and is suggested for adults and children 12 years and over, who can chew two to four tablets per time as symptoms occur or as directed by a doctor. It is important not to exceed 15 tablets in 24 hours if pregnant or not more than ten tablets if under such medication for over two weeks except under the advice of a doctor.
