Difluprednate Ophthalmic Emulsion is a sterile Rx only solution for ophthalmic use only that contain 0.05% Difluprednate and 0.1% Sorbic acid as a preservative. It also contains Boric acid, Castor o, Glycerin, Polysorbate 80, water for infection, sodium acetate, edetate disodium, and sodium hydroxide which help to adjust the pH. The usual dosage is instructive in the package insert. It should be stored at a temperature between 15°C to 25°C and protected from light. It is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, India, and distributed by Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC in Bridgewater.*
