This is a description of a hand sanitizer called AltitudeMedical's Hand Sanitizer. It effectively kills 99.99% of germs without needing water. The active ingredient is Ethyl Alcohol (62%) which is an antimicrobial agent. The product comes as a gel, which needs to be applied liberally and rubbed into unsoiled hands. It dries off easily. The inactive ingredients include Water, Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice, Glycerin, amongst others. The product effectively kills 99.9% of most common bacterias within 15 seconds. It is a flammable product and should be kept away from heat or flames. Also, it should not be used near or in the eyes. If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately. The product should not be used on puncture or deep wounds, in such a case, consult a doctor. The product is for external use only and should be stored at room temperature. The hand sanitizer comes in a 400 ml size bottle produced in Chardon, Ohio (USA).*
