MUTAMYCIN® (Mitomycin) For Injection USP is a drug that should be administered through IV to avoid tissue damage. This vial contains mitomycin 5 mg and mannitol 10 mg. Each mL of the reconstituted solution will contain 0.5 mg mitomycin and have a pH between 6.0 and 8.0. See package insert or full prescribing information for usual dosage. The dry powder should be stored at 25°C, excursion permitted between 15°C and 30°C, protected from light. The reconstituted solution should be refrigerated 2° to 8°C (36° to 46°F) and should be discarded after 14 days. If unrefrigerated, discard after 7 days.
