This product is a vapor stick with active ingredients Bitter Orange, Caffeine, Green Tea, and Peppermint Camphor. It is used to lessen appetite, boost metabolism, curb cravings, and provide temporary homeopathic aid for excessive hunger and diet support. The stick should be used 5-10 minutes before meals with 2-3 vapor draws taken from the mouth end of the vapor stick equivalent to 1 serving.
