Exelderm is a topical solution for external use only that contains 1.0% of USP Sulconazole Nitrate in a solution of Propylene glycol, Poloxamer 407, Polysorbate 20, Butylated hydroxyanisole, and purified water. Sodium hydrexide and nitric acid are used to adjust the pH. It is used to treat various fungal infections on the skin. The usual dose must be consulted from the package insert. The solution should be kept protected from light and stored below 40°C (104 F). It is manufactured for Journey Medical Corp situated in Scottsdale, Arizona.*
