This is a description of a fluoride gel toothpaste used for the prevention of dental cavities. It contains sodium fluoride as the active ingredient and should be kept out of reach of children under 6 years of age. The toothpaste should be used by brushing teeth thoroughly for at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician. The toothpaste has a twist-off cap to remove the foil seal, and the safety seal should not be missing or broken. The toothpaste contains inactive ingredients such as sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, xylitol, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate, flavor, xanthan gum, stevia rebaudiana leaf extract, Blue 1, and Yellow 10.*
