Image Description (Hemar 006)
The text describes a drug called Hemorrhoidal Ointment, which is used for the relief of itching, burning and discomfort of hemorrhoids. It is applied externally or intrarectally up to four times a day, after cleaning and drying the affected area. The ointment temporarily shrinks and protects irritated and swollen hemorrhoidal tissue. It also provides a coating for the relief of anorectal discomforts and protects the inflamed anorectal surface to help make bowel movements less painful. The applicator provided with the ointment should be cleaned thoroughly after each use, and cover should be replaced. Children under 12 year of age should ask a doctor before use. If pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a health professional before use.*
