Scott's APF Foam With Xylitol is a prescription fluoride treatment foam that is used to prevent dental decay. The product contains 1.23% Fluoride Ion and should be used for 1-4 minutes. Shake well before using, invert the can completely upside down to dispense the foam into a fluoride tray, and instruct patients not to eat, drink or rinse for at least 30 minutes after treatment.
