DERMOSCRIBE MEDICATED DIAPER OINTMENT is a safe and effective treatment for diaper rash. It contains cloquina and a topical antifungal agent, as well as zinc oxide, which reduces inflammation and helps prevent bacterial infections. The ointment is manufactured in the USA according to Dermoscribe's specific formula and is stored at room temperature in a dry place. It is not recommended to use after the expiry date and should be kept out of direct sunlight and reach of children. The ointment contains Zinc Oxide 1%, Clioquinol 1%, Olive Oil 17.5%, Boric Acid 0.25%, Mineral Oil Petrolatum, Beeswax, Glycerin, Stearate, Paraffin Wax, Vitamin E, Lanolin, Potassium Sorbate, and Sodium Benzoate. It is advised to wash hands with soap and water before and after use and apply the cream gently over the affected area. If the baby's condition fails to improve, see a doctor.*
