Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

  • wash and dry soles thoroughly before application
  • apply a small, pea sized amount to the soles of your feet
  • rub into soles vigorously for 15 seconds 
  • for best results, apply every night before bed and an additional two times per day for at least four weeks
