NOTAMO is a hair tonic containing salicylic acid and dexpanthenol that helps prevent hair loss and thicken hair. The tonic keeps the scalp clean, healthy, and smooth. The product has some warnings such as being meant for external use only, avoiding contact with the eyes, and not swallowing. Other directions include shaking well and spraying an adequate amount on the scalp evenly two to three times per day and massaging the scalp gently until it is absorbed.
