It should be sprayed enough to cover all surfaces, and rubbed until dry. It has Aqua, Aloe Vera, Glycerin, Vitamin E, Lavender, and Tea Tree as inactive ingredients. It should be stored between 15-30C (59-86F) and protected from freezing and excessive heat. It's made in Canada by Universal Companies/Abingdon, VA.*
