This is a description of CVS Maximum Strength Pain Relief Spray that compares the active ingredients to Aspercreme Odor Free. The product contains 4% Lidocaine and Aloe for temporary relief of pain and to help pain-affected areas. The spray can be applied up to four times daily to affected areas and is only for external use. The product should not be used in large quantities or stored in areas with high temperatures. Keep the spray out of eyes and reach of children. If symptoms persist or worsen, stop use and consult a doctor.
