Drug Facts: Hydrocortisone cream is used for the temporary relief of itching associated with minor skin irritations, inflammation, and rashes due to eczema, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, soaps, laundry detergents, cosmetics, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, external genital, feminine and anal itching. However, don't use this product without a doctor's advice for other uses. This cream is intended for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. The cream should be used only as directed, not more than 3-4 times a day for adults and children, and not for children under 2 years of age. It is also important to consult a doctor before using it for external anal itching. If symptoms last for more than 7 days or the condition worsens or clears up and occurs again in a few days, consult a doctor.*
