CVSHealth Extra Strength Acetaminophen Caplets are a pain reliever and fever reducer for adults. It is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains associated with the common cold, muscular aches, premenstrual, and menstrual cramps, headache, and dental pain. However, it should not be taken if the printed seal under the cap is broken or missing. People should not take more than six caplets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. It is also important to ask a doctor if you have liver disease or are taking the blood-thinning drug warfarin. This over-the-counter medicine should be stored above 20-25°C.*
