This is the description of a skin cream called ADULT ACNOMEL, which is used for treating and preventing acne pimples. The active ingredients are Resorcinol 2% and Sulfur 8%. This cream is for external use only and should be applied only to areas with acne. It should not be used on broken skin or large areas of the skin. If skin irritation occurs or gets worse, users should stop using it and see a doctor. Users are also warned that excessive drying of the skin may occur with prolonged use.
