ANDEXXA is a medication containing recombinant coagulation factor Xa, inactivated-zhzo, intended for intravenous use only. Each vial contains 200mg coagulation factor Xa (recombinant), inactivated-zhzo, 1g of maltose, 7.3mg of sodium citrate, 948mg of L-arginine hydrochloride, 200mg of sucrose, 500mg of mannitol and 2mg of polysorbate 80. The medication is sold in a package with four 200 mg single-dose vials and should be stored refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). For dosage and administration, a package insert is included.
