The usual adult dosage is two 650-mg tablets taken three times daily during menstruation. It is important not to exceed six tablets in a 24-hour period. Lysteda tablets should be stored at 25°C (77°F), and excursions to 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) are permitted. The medication is manufactured by Mikart, LLC, and comes in a package of 30 tablets.
