It is non-habit forming and easy to swallow. The manufacturer advises you not to use this product or any other product containing Diphenhydramine if you have trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Furthermore, don't use this product if you are driving or operating machinery. The inactive ingredients include Coloiclsicon dode, Oroscamellose sodum, Diakium phosphate, FAC Blue #, FOAC Blus 72, gnesium strat, Microcystlin cluloe, Polytténe glyeol, Polyviy loohal, Tai, Tiarium doxide. You should talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant/nursing or taking any other medication at the moment.
