This is a hand sanitizer labeled "Smart Care". It contains 62% ethyl alcohol and helps reduce bacteria and germs on the skin. The product should only be used on hands and children under 6 years of age should be supervised when using it. The hands should be rubbed briskly until they are dry. In case of contact with eyes, they should be flushed thoroughly with water. This product is not recommended for infants and should be kept away from flames, broken skin, and above 100°F (36°C). The product may discolor some fabrics but is not harmful to wood finishes or plastics. The inactive ingredients include water, glycerin, propylene glycol, carbomer, triethanolamine, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, and fragrance.*
