Fosphenytoin Sodium Injection is a prescription drug used for intramuscular or intravenous use. It comes in a pack of twenty-five 2 ml single-dose vials. Each vial contains 150 mg of Fosphenytoin sodium equivalent to 100 mg of phenytoin sodium, along with some other substances. The product should be stored under refrigeration and should not be stored at room temperature. Note that doses of Fosphenytoin Sodium should be expressed as their phenytoin sodium equivalents. This product should be discarded after one use.*
