This is a description of a medication called "Qrack Hydrocortisone Ointment USP 1%" intended for temporary relief of itching associated with minor skin irritations, eczema, insect bites, soaps and detergents, jewelry, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, poison ivy, oak or sumac, anal itching, feminine itching, and/or other external itching. The medication comes in an outer label measuring L-145 x H-38 x B-25 mm. It is manufactured under Mfg. Lic. No.: TN/DRUGS/28/251 and distributed by ARU Pharma Inc. The medication comes with two labels, an outer label and inner label. The inner label provides further information and the NDC: 70403-922-30, Lot number, and expiry date. The inactive ingredients include paraffin wax, micro wax, and light liquid paraffin. It is for external use only, and should not be used for children under two years of age or those with external genital or feminine itching, bleeding, and/or vaginal discharges without consulting a doctor. The user should avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if condition worsens or persists for more than seven days. If swallowed, they should seek immediate medical attention.*
