The directions are to squirt as needed into hands, spreading it thoroughly on both hands and rubbing into skin until dry. It contains inactive ingredients such as water, triethanolamine, glycerin, propylene glycol, tocopheryl acetate, carbomer, and fragrance. The product is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flame, and avoid contact with eyes. It may discolor fabrics and should be stored at 20°C (68'to 77'F). This product is made in China, and the bottle contains 120ml/ 4fl.0z.*
