Voriconazole is a sterile, single-dose vial, used for injection by intravenous infusion only. The medication must be reconstituted with Water for Injection (19 mL) to make a clear solution that contains 10 mg/mL extractable volume of Voriconazole. The solution needs further dilution, and for diluents and storage recommendations, refer to prescribing information. Voriconazole is used for Intravenous Infusion after dilution. Slate Run Pharmaceuticals distributes the medication, which is manufactured by Hainan Poly Pharm. Co., Ltd. Store the medication at a controlled temperature of 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F).*
