The suggested maximum dose for adults is 5ml per day and 1ml per day for children. To use, apply on skin and gently massage around the painful area. Inactive ingredients include oils such as eucalyptus, citronella, sunflower, jojoba, rosemary, evening primrose, lemon, and lavender oil.
