Macrobid is a urinary tract antibacterial medication provided in a capsule form containing Nitrofurantoin Monohydrate/Macrocrystals of 100 mg strength, manufactured by Almatica Pharma, Inc. The medication should be kept out of the reach of children and the usage direction should be viewed from the package insert. It shall be stored at a temperature of 20-26°C (63-77°F), and excursions to 15-30°C (59-86°F) is permitted. The repackaging of the medication is done by RemedyRepack Inc., Indiana, PA 15701, and is only available on prescription. The Lot number and expiry date, along with the National Drug Code (NDC), are also provided.*
