Buprenorphine/Naloxone is a prescription tablet containing 2mg/0.5mg of medication for sublingual use. The package comes with 30 tablets of Orepack, distributed by G-l. Prescription only with an NDC number 70518-3487-00 and manufactured by Rhades Pharma in Caveritry, Rl 02816. The medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored at 20-25°C (58-77°F), with excursions allowed to 15-30°C (50-86°F) [See USP]. The drug is not for transfer to anyone other than the patient for whom it was prescribed. The package insert contains usage instructions.
