M-Natal Plus is a prenatal and postnatal multistrength tablet available in a pack of 30 tablets. It is available only with a prescription and its NDC number is 70518-3579-00. It is manufactured by Methad Pharma located in Fart Worth, TX 76118, with the source NDC of 58657-0170-01. The medication should be kept out of reach of children. However, high levels of folic acid may hide signs of Vitamin B-12 deficiency which can cause nerve damage, especially in older adults. The directions for use are available in the package insert.
