tiZANidine is a prescription medication in the form of 4mg tablets. Each pack contains 30 tablets. It is manufactured by Northstar Rx LLC in Memphis, TN 38141. The medication should be stored at a temperature between 20-25°C (88-77°F), with excursions allowed up to 15-30°C (59-86°F). Tizanidine Tablets are not interchangeable with Tizanidine Capsules.
