Vabomere is a medication that contains a combination of meropenem and vaborbactam and is used for intravenous infusion only. Each vial contains meropenem and vaborbactam, and sodium carbonate is included. It must be constituted and then diluted for use. The instructions for constitution and dilution along with complete usage directions are given in the prescribing information. The total sodium content of the mixture is approximately 0.25 g. The medication is stored at controlled room temperature at 20°C to 25°C. Any unused portion after use should be discarded.
