SP Pharma Paracetamol Tablets come in a 200s bottle and are 18cm x 6.5cm. For adults from 12 years old, take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours with water as needed, with a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. For children aged 6-12, take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours with water as required with a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours. If you have liver or kidney problems or take blood-thinning medication, check with your doctor before taking the medication. If you are allergic to paracetamol or are taking other medicines containing paracetamol, do not take it. This medication may not be suitable for children under six years of age. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or if you have an allergic skin reaction, shortness of breath, or wheezing, stop taking this medication and seek medical attention.
