ALPROLIX® is a coagulation factor X recombinant fusion protein that comes in a single-use vial containing 1 powder for reconstitution into a solution. The package also includes a prefilled diluent syringe containing 5 milliliters of 325% sodium chloride solution with a plunger, and a sterile vial adapter for reconstitution. The recommended storage temperature is under refrigeration at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F), with the product lasting up to a month at room temperature of 30°C (86°F) or less. Users should not return room temperature products to refrigeration. The package warns users not to use past the expiration date listed on the label and to protect the product from light. When reconstituted, ALPROLIX® can be used within three hours at room temperature or 24 hours under refrigeration.
