These are Riclan S.A. cough drops with strawberry flavor that have oral anesthetic and 2.7 mg of menthol per drop. They work as a cough suppressant and help soothe sore throat. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 5 years old is to dissolve two cough drops slowly in the mouth, to repeat every two hours as needed or as directed by a doctor. It is recommended to ask a doctor before use in case suffering from a persistent or chronic cough, cough with excessive phlegm, or suffering from sore throat that lasts for more than two days with fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea, or vomiting. If symptoms persist for more than seven days, medical consultation is recommended. These cough drops are made in Brazil and distributed in the USA by R.L. Albert & Son, Inc. The other inactive ingredients are: citic acid, corn syrup, eucalyptus oil, FD&C red no.40, natural & artificial flavoring, soy lecithin, sucrose, and water.*
