Rhofade cream is a topical medication containing the active ingredient oxymetazoline hydrochloride, used for facial redness caused by rosacea. It is applied once a day on the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin, avoiding the eyes and lips. It is important to keep Rhofade out of reach of children, and not use it in oral, ophthalmic or intravaginal areas. Each gram of cream contains 10mg of oxymetazoline hydrochloride. To open the tube, push the cap in and turn counterclockwise. It should be stored at 20°C-25°C (68°F-77°F). Ackris Therapeutics manufactures Rhofade, and it is made in the USA. There are some US patents involved in its production.*
