Gabapentin 100mg capsules are a prescription medication for the management of seizures and nerve pain caused by shingles. Each capsule contains 100mg of gabapentin, USP, and is identified by the code NDC 71205-638-30. Gabapentin capsules are white to off-white and are encased in a size #3 hard gelatin capsule with an opaque white body and cap. The capsule is imprinted with the code SG on the cap and 179 on the body with black ink. A medication guide should be provided to each patient when dispensing #30 capsules of Gabapentin. The medication should be stored at temperatures between 20° to 25°C (68°-77°F) and kept out of the reach of children.*
