It needs to be reconstituted with 20 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection resulting in a suspension containing 5 mg/mL of paclitaxel. It is an albumin-bound form of paclitaxel. The product is sterile, nonpyrogenic, and preservative-free. The container closure system does not contain natural rubber latex. Storage instructions include keeping the vial at controlled room temperature and protecting the reconstituted suspension from bright light.
