This is a description for Loratadine tablets, an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of hay fever and allergies. The active ingredient is Loratadine 10 mg per tablet. It helps with symptoms like runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, and itching of the nose or throat. The medication should not be used if there is a history of allergic reactions. It is advised to consult a doctor before use in case of liver or kidney disease. The dosage for adults and children over 6 years old is one tablet daily, and not more than one tablet in 24 hours. Children under 6 should consult a doctor. Inactive ingredients include lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, and pregelatinized starch. The tablets should be stored between 20°C to 25°C. If there is an overdose, medical help should be sought immediately.*
