This description provides information about a Ciclopirox gel containing 7.70 mg of Ciclopirox in a gel made of purified water, isopropyl alcohol, carbomer homopolymer, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium hydroxide, and medium chain triglycerides. The usual dosage involves gently massaging the gel into affected areas and surrounding skin twice daily. It is for dermatologic use only and should not be used in the eyes. The gel should be stored at 20°-25°C and kept out of reach of children. The package insert is not child-resistant.*
