Each film-coated tablet contains Fluoxetine Hydrochloride USP equivalent to 10 mg of Fluoxetine. The usual dosage should be checked by scanning the package insert QR code for prescribing information. The pharmacist should dispense FLUoxetine Tablets, USP and store them at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) in controlled room temperature. The medication should be kept in a tightly closed container and provided with a Medication Guide to each patient. Additionally, it should be protected from light and dispensed in a tight, light-resistant container as defined in the USP using a child-resistant closure.*
